Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

WWW.THEBEARDSWAG.COM ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, however we Do Not ship to  APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WWW.THEBEARDSWAG.COM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

WWW.THEBEARDSWAG.COM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Returns: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (store credits never expire). After 10 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately at support@beardswagbeardcompany.com!

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.

 

Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (support@beardswagbeardcompany.com). Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
